黑修士
黑修士（The Black Friar）是一家已經不在了的旅店，坐落在頓沃城的律政區海濱，萊克洛大道（Lackrow Boulevard），煙街和血牛街之間。
在支配權任務中可以見到這家店。
黑修士是一座很高的紅磚樓，五層高，外加一個閣樓。一層包括兩條走廊連同兩個入口，一個通往樓上的樓梯，還有一小片飲食區。樓上每層都是一個單間公寓。
頓沃之刃[]
在頓沃之刃事件發生前，黑修士和律法區海濱其他商家一樣，都因為居民的逃離而被廢棄。之後馬上這個旅店就被律法區的帽子幫分部當做了主要基地。
當Daud為了對付大律師阿諾德·提密斯而來到這裏的時候，帽子幫已經在大樓周圍建造了防禦工事，包括木柵欄阻斷進入，在一間廢棄的公寓裏設陷阱（traps placed inside an abandoned apartment leading to the hotel from Treaver's Close.）
進入大樓後，下面三層可以隨意進出，那三層是帽子幫睡覺的地方。上面兩層包括閣樓無法進入，被破家具和各種碎片堵住了樓梯。
趣聞軼事[]
- 控制權任務中，一般有五個帽子幫的人在大樓看守。
- 低混時候，會已經死亡的昌西（一個帽子幫內很受尊敬的成員）躺在三層的床上。高混時不會出現。
- 如果昌西被發現在黑修士，去律政購物中心的要是就會在二層。
- 儘管帽子幫試圖保持隱匿狀態，但是他們犯的一個重大錯誤就是點了黑修士的一個煙囪。屋頂的煙囪在冒煙就是證據。這個區域其他煙囪里冒煙的就是街對面城市守衛支隊的樓。（智商！）
