Ichabod was a young boy affiliated with an unnamed merchant in Dunwall. The merchant sometimes referred to him as Little Icky. [1]
Biography[]
Almost nothing is known of Ichabod, besides the fact that he was tormented by members of the City Watch, who seemed to enjoy watching him cry as the shop was smashed. One in particular, a "pock faced Morleyan", seemed to have a particular distaste for him.[1]
