Wallace Higgins is the manservant of Lord Treavor Pendleton, and he can be found amongst the Loyalists at the Hound Pits pub. He is one of the most senior servants at Pendleton Manor, a role which he took over from his father.
Trivia
- His last name is listed in Admiral Farley Havelock's "General Order" in the return to the Hound Pits mission.
- He is not well liked by his fellow servants, who take issue with his arrogant attitude.
- He can be heard talking with Cecelia, berating her for the fact that she does not know how to curtsey.
- Although Wallace seems to revere the Pendleton family, he has a particular fondness for Treavor, calling him purer and more noble than his brothers.
- He does not believe that the Pendelton slave mines exist.
- If the player talks to Wallace enough, he will express to Corvo Attano his wish to follow in his grandfather's footsteps, who was heroically wounded in battle.
- When aimed and used at him, The Heart gives generic male survivor information, instead of things specifically related to him.
