- The Heart mentions that many committed suicide by leaping from the Kaldwin bridge, and people also died building it.
- After disabling the floodlight, you can see Samuel driving his boat toward Sokolov's house. If you turn the lights back on while he's moving, you will get a unique game over screen that says "Samuel has been spotted by the floodlights". [Credit: u/Mirarahr & u/Ellesseffbee]
- Sokolov's house appears to be powered by a giant watermill.
- The first ever mention of the Brigmore Witches can be found in this mission. In a note, Sokolov mentioned Madame Prudence requested him to carve statues of four of the Brigmore Witches. The relationship between the Brigmore Witches and the Golden Cat is unclear.
- At the end of the mission, Treavor Pendleton told Corvo that "I'd hope to have [Sokolov] paint my portrait again one day. Just me this time." This refers to the painting of all the Pendleton brothers, Custis, Morgan and the Postulate Child, which can be found in the House of Pleasure mission. [Credit: u/u_r_a_bold_1]
