- In High Chaos, there are five different ways the confrontation between Martin and Pendleton could play out [Credit: jrakoczi]:
- If Corvo doesn't interrupts, Martin shoots and wounds Pendleton.
- If Corvo interrupts their conversation by moving closer to them, Martin will mock Corvo and then order the guards to attack.
- If Corvo shoots Pendleton but times his shot at the same time as Martin's, then Martin will think that he's the one who got Pendleton and compliment his own marksmanship.
- If Corvo shoots Pendleton before Martin does, Martin will get mad, thinking one of his guards did it. Then after realizing none of the guards did, he concludes that Corvo is in the fortress.
- If Corvo kills Martin, Pendleton will say "Excellent move, Corvo! Ending that snake!", and then promptly offers a reward to whoever can kill Corvo.
- Despite being an Overseer, Martin uses a Officer's Sword instead of an Overseer Sabre.
- In High Chaos, if Corvo possesses Havelock on the top of the lighthouse, Emily will say "Corvo!? Is that magic? Can I run now?", then proceed to run away.

- In one of the endings, Piero and Sokolov can be seen treating a rat plague patient. Interestingly, they use an Abbey's interrogation chair and the patient is restrained.
