The Tower District is a district of Dunwall, bordering the Wrenhaven River and Dunwall Tower. It features housing and some businesses, such as the offices of the Dunwall Courier and Boyle Industries.
After Delilah's rise to power, the residents of the district have, for the most part, fled. Shops and apartments sit in decay. In some cases, barricades have been erected at narrow streets, attempting to contain the Brigmore Witches.[1]
