Tivoli is a character in Dishonored 2. She is a civilian who pays the Howlers Gang for protection in the Dust District.
Biography[]
Tivoli lives in apartment in Dust District where she suffers harassment from members of the Grand Guard. She allied herself with Paolo and pays his gang for protection against rogue elements of the Guard.
Dishonored 2[]
Tivoli can be encountered during the mission Dust District, when either Corvo Attano or Emily Kaldwin, goes to the Crone's Hand Saloon where Paolo is located. She can be heard talking with him in the courtyard, noting that his gang members have kept the Grand Guard out of their homes. She wonders how will he solve the miners' problems. Paolo explains that it's all connected, saying that once the Abbey of the Everyman is out of their way, he will make it more expensive for the Duke to run the mines and the workers will stop digging thus making their positions more profitable. Tivoli is happy with the answer and thanks him. After Paolo leaves she stays in the courtyard for a while before she walks inside.
