The sticky grenade is a gadget in Dishonored, which can be used after the discovery of a blueprint. As the name implies, it will stick to any surface it makes contact with, and will explode a few seconds later.
Like other grenades, they can be "cooked", meaning that they can be held for longer to reduce the time until explosion.
