Sister Tallis is a minor character and member of the Oracular Order. She can be encountered in Death of the Outsider during the mission The Stolen Archive.
Death of the Outsider[]
During the time when Billie Lurk is seeking information regarding the Void, can find Sister Tallis can be found on the second floor of the Royal Conservatory. She and another member of the Order are examining the Oraculum and discussing what the vile machine had been used for by Breanna Ashworth and her witches. The pair realize that the prophecies could be twisted by the heretics for their own ends by planting false visions. After the discussion, Sister Tallis will wander around the room looking at the machines.
