Informants to the Royal Spymaster.
The Responsible Citizens Group is an organization that serves as informants for the Royal Spymaster. They are known to warn the people of Dunwall to be wary of criminals and suspicious people[1] and to report any suspicious or criminal activity.[2] It is rumored that they know the twists and turns of the Dunwall sewer system by heart. [3]
