Custis Pendleton and a friend have a private audience with a courtesan.
The Pendleton twins, Custis and Morgan, were corrupt members of parliament that supported the Lord Regent, Hiram Burrows, through the operation of their slave mine.
They were frequent patrons of The Golden Cat, and they were located there during the mission House of Pleasure, when Corvo Attano was tasked with their elimination.
