The Parliament Street Cutters is a criminal faction headed by Jim Dundermoore[1] and based on Parliament Street in Dunwall. The focus of their criminal operations is unknown.
Description
Because of the rat plague, many areas of Dunwall had been abandoned by the residents as the streets became dangerous, so gangs like the Hatters and the Bottle Street Gang began to loot the empty houses. With the progression of the plague and the decline of the Hatters, the Parliament Street Cutters soon began to rise to prominence.[2][3]
