Paisley is a minor character in Dishonored 2. He can found in Campo Seta Dockyards.
Biography[]
Paisley moved with his wife to Karnaca, but was unable to find work and began to doubt if it had been a good time to move to the city. He considered joining the Howlers Gang led by Paolo, but his wife warned him not to become involved himself with them because the Grand Serkonan Guard may arrest them. Despite heated arguments with her, Paisley says he loves her deeply. He currently plans to meet with members of the black market based in Karnaca and endear himself to them.
Dishonored 2[]
When Corvo Attano or Emily Kaldwin goes to Karnaca, Paisley can be found near the docks, looking at announcing boards. He warns the protagonist that the Grand Guard won't like it if their face is covered, though he admits that the protagonist looks like they can take care of themselves.
