Orthy is a minor character who appears in Dishonored 2. She is one of several witches loyal to Delilah Copperspoon encountered during the mission Death to the Empress.
Dishonored 2[]
During the time when Emily Kaldwin or Corvo Attano goes to Dunwall Tower to deal with Delilah, Orthy along with Lissa are one of several witches tasked with guarding the Tower. She can be found guarding the Tower's Waterlock with Lissa. Lissa informss her that she saw a ship in the mist. Orthy responds that there shouldn't be since nobody is should be coming down the Wrenhaven River. She goes to check but Lissa convinces her the ship may simply be adrift. The pair will then guard the Tower.
