Neva Lach was a woman who briefly attracted the attention of the Outsider. She appears in the Dishonored Roleplaying Game.
Dishonored Roleplaying Game[]
Years ago, Neva operated a small black market stall which sold seashells. For unknown reasons, the Outsider took interest in her and began visiting her through her dreams.[1] Neva then began carving strange symbols onto her shells, and was forced into hiding when the Overseers discovered her craft. She escaped punishment for heresy and spent the remainder of her life attempting to contact the Outsider, seeking answers. Neva's success in doing so is contingent upon the actions of the protagonists.
