Milford
Milford is a minor character in Dishonored and Dishonored 2. He is a maintenance engineer employed at Dunwall Tower.
Biography[]
He was employed at Dunwall Tower during Empress Jessamine Kaldwin I reign. Later he married and had children. He worked in the pump station and in the Waterlock. Milford also knew Corvo Attano and meet him on several occasions also he would call him Lord Corvo when he was the Empress's The Royal Protector. He usually worked with new engineers and used to guide them about machines.
Dishonored[]
After Empress Jessamine's death he continued working at Dunwall Tower under Lord Hiram Burrows reign, but he hated him and called him a tyrant but he was afraid thinking that if he offended Lord Regent then he would be sent to Coldridge Prison.
In Return to the Tower, If Corvo decides to go along the left side of the yard, in the back is the entrance to the waterworks room, where the moat is controlled. Milford can be found there. He will help Corvo to get inside the tower and showed him the valve.
Dishonored 2[]
After Emily Kaldwin became Empress of the Isles. He continued working at Dunwall Tower and worked for twenty years. On the 15th anniversary of the assassination of Empress Jessamine Kaldwin, Empress Emily Kaldwin hosts the annual event commemorating her death. Tensions against herself and Corvo Attano are high due to the recent murders of the Crown Killer, which many believe she is responsible for because the killer is eliminating Emily's critics. After Emily is desposed by Delilah and she bacame Empress Delilah Kaldwin I but Milford didn't liked her rule. He didn't get a word for anyone but he contiuned working later he removed a dead hound stuck in gate 14D.
He didn't felt safe outside so he hid in the pump station and he found a pump room later he heard people talking in the sewers. He saw two strange women who came to live in the Tower with the new Empress in the pump station as they were collecting moss and algae from the walls. Milford stayed for an hour then he began scraping and chanting. He first though that they were cleaning the sewers but it didn't made any sense to him also wondering if they knew that he worked here.
Milford saw the women came back to pump station and were still scratching the sewer walls for algae. He heard them talked about humans bones for some kind of recipe or he though he misunderstood. Later he understood the situaion and wanted to get out of Dunwall Tower before they could find him so he took his chance and went inside the tower.
After he went inside he witness the horror and later he hid inside a room with a survivor, Genievieve and Morgan after the deaths of Genievieve and Morgan when they were trying to escape the tower. Milford found a gun and armed with it so he told the survivor that he was gonna escape the Tower. He left him and went to escape but he was caught by the witches and was killed by them.

- Milford name is discovered during the soliloquy of a survivor.
- He wrote the book Sewer and Pump Room Inspection but his name is not mentioned in it instead Milford's name was found in game's text file that the writer of this book is named Milford.
