Marika Moller is a senior lieutenant of the Hatters gang and a community leader in the Distillery District and appeares in Dishonored Roleplaying Game.

Marika runs her gang the Hatters in order to preserve their homeland's traditions and bring social justice to their community. She is in war with Bottle Street Gang which is run by Greg Falkenheimer.
She meets the escaped prisoners in the Distillery District which she runs with her gang. She advises Clarissa Hiirgaard and the prisoner to find a job in Greaves Whale House at Rudhsore Financial District.
After that Mikael Hauger proposes to her that to defeat Luke Greaves and Lady Coldridge her gang will need to work together so that their plans could succeed against the cruel oligarchs although she is against the idea to work with the escaped prisoners and the Bottle Street gang but agrees with Mikael plan. Later Marika meets Mikael and the others at her granary barn. Marika represents her gang and Greg Falkenheimer a Bottle Street leader represents his gang. Marika comes into agreement with him and forms a group of 27 gang with the prisoner. Under Mikael's direction Marika agrees to assassinate Julie Coldridge during the Fugue Feast as she would suffer no legal repercussion for the act.
After the plans fails and the City Watch burns The White Clove Inn which claims several lives of Morleyans workers which enragens Marika and the Hatters then she wants retribution and is ready to march on the local City Watch outpost for retribution. The prisoner however solves the situation and unites Marika and Greg's as well their gangs afresh to take down Greaves and Lady Julie Coldridge.
