Lord Estermont was a member of parliament. Loulia, a former clerk to Estermont, explains to Morgan Pendleton during The Golden Cat that he died by rats that came rushing out of a flooded sewer underneath his office. His fellow members barricaded him in to save themselves as he pleaded for them by name. It is said that his scream lasted for hours.

- In the Boyle Party Guest Ledger, there is a signature from a person named "Lord Talmedge Estermont", likely a relative of the late Lord Estermont.
