"Lady Shursha has money, so she gets the wood she wants."
—A man to a worker

Lady Shursha is a wealthy aristocrat and a unseen character in Dishonored 2. She is mentioned during the mission The Royal Conservatory.

Dishonored 2[]

When Corvo or Emily arrive at Cyria Gardens, they can find a man and a dock-worker having a conversation about Lady Shursha. The man informs the worker that they are meeting a contact from the Colomar Furniture Workshop in order to pick up balusters and spindles made out of Serkonan umberwood for Lady Shursha. The worker says that he thought old duke Theodanis outlawed the exportation of this type of wood, to protect the trees, fearing that the deal is illegal. The man says he can't keep a track of decrees, but insists Lady Shursha, his client, wants her refurbished gazebo to have an exotic southern touch. The worker, confused, claims that when he went to Dunwall, he brought a riverkrust shell to use as an ashtray as it reminded him of good times, but wonders why Lady Shursha would want products from a country she has never visited. The man concludes by saying that Lady Shursha has money so she gets the wood she wants.

Trivia[]

  • It is highly probable that Lady Shursha is a Tyvian aristocrat. Her name is particularly Tyvian-sounding and the wood is from 'an exotic southern' location.
