Hooked is an achievement/trophy in Dishonored: Death of the Outsider.
How to Acquire[]
To unlock this achievement, Billie Lurk must get a character's body up to travel 40 meters using only Hook Mines. An easy way to achieve this is to find a conscious character near a tall building, then to place each mine (toggled to non-lethal) in a vertical line. Once the character is attached to the bottom mine, shoot the mine down to liberate them so that they can be attracted to the next mine in the line. Continue to do so until they reached the third or fourth mine.
Alternatively, using a lethal Hook Mine and having a target launched over an edge after their hooked body is severed also unlocks this achievement.
