Golden Locks is an achievement/trophy in Dishonored: Death of the Outsider.
How to Acquire[]
To unlock this achievement, Billie Lurk has to steal the audiograph Release Thy Golden Locks, Gloriana without disabling or rewiring the Electrified Floor protecting it, during the mission Follow the Ink. The audiograph is in a display case in the gallery on the second floor of Shan Yun's house in Upper Cyria.
The easiest way to do so is to break the glass of the display case with the Voltaic Gun and use Displace inside it to pick up the audiograph without touching the floor.
