Humphrey is a tertiary character in Dishonored, who is an Overseer of the Abbey of the Everyman.[1] Working in the Back Yard of the Office of the High Overseer, he seems to hold a fairly junior position, as he is frequently given menial tasks by High Artificer Bartholomew, although he aspires to become a full-time apprentice.[2] Humphrey's efforts have not gone unnoticed, as Bartholomew extends an offer of apprenticeship if he continues to be useful, even trusting him with the inner workings of the latest music box design.[1][3]
