The four hounds we rescued from the Overseers are making great progress. I am confident that with continued care and proper feeding, the training that they received at the hands of the zealots will fade and they'll begin to behave more to our liking.
Location
This book can be found in the ruined building in front of Daud's Hideout during the mission, The Flooded District. It will only appear in low chaos and if the wolfhounds in the kennels of the Office of the High Overseer are left alive during the mission, High Overseer Campbell.
