Eli
Eli is a minor character in Dishonored: Death of the Outsider. He is a member of the Eyeless Gang who can be encountered during the mission The Bank Job.
Biography[]
After city administrator Ivan Jacobi has been robbed of his vault key by Billie Lurk or has been exposed as a murderer, Dolores Michaels sends Eli and Juliet to clean up the mess and to make sure there will be no problems in the future regarding Jacobi's part in the murder of Eleuterio Cienfuegos.
Death of the Outsider[]
When Billie later arrives at Jacobi's office, she can find the pair searching Jacobi's office for notes and other evidence. Jacobi can be found hanging from the ceiling or lying behind his desk in a puddle of blood with a vial of Cienfuegos' blood in his hand, having committed suicide. While Eli is searching around the office, Juliet starts showing interest in one of Jacobi's possessions - a piece of the Void kept in a vacuum container, though after a while they continue checking around in the office.
