Dunwall City Trials.

"Prove your skills as an expert assassin in 10 unique challenges. Combat, stealth, mobility, creativity."
—Gameplay Trailer

Dunwall City Trials is the first downloadable content for Dishonored, developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. It was released on December 11th, 2012 at a cost of $4.99 or 400 Microsoft Points.[1]

Description[]

The pack contains ten distinct challenge maps that will test and track the player's combat, stealth and mobility skills. The goal is to achieve three stars on each level. To achieve three stars, 30,000 points must be accumulated (which is 10,000 points per star). The amount of points achieved depends on how well the challenge is completed. Such variables can include time taken, enemies altered, kill combos, etc. These challenges include an arena battle against waves of enemy AI, a stealth mission in which Corvo must steal various artefacts from a heavily guarded mansion, and many more. For six of the ten challenges, there are two difficulty settings, Normal and Expert, and each challenge has a hidden doll waiting to be discovered.

Completing normal challenges with a two or higher star rating unlocks an expert challenge, though some challenges do not have an expert level. Earning stars in each challenge and difficulty unlocks artworks in the gallery. The DLC also features a whole new set of achievements and trophies, with one tailored for each challenge by performing specific actions. Global online leaderboards also rank players for their performances in each challenge.
