Dead Eye is an achievement/trophy in Dishonored: Death of the Outsider.
How to Acquire
To unlock this achievement, Billie Lurk has to touch the Eye of the Dead God during the mission A Hole in the World. The Eye of the Dead God can be found deep in the caverns of the Shindaerey North Quarry. It can be seen using Foresight from any point in the location.
