Correy Brockburn is a minor character from Dishonored 2. He was an entrepreneur in Karnaca as well as a member of the Regenters. He became the first victim of the The Crown Killer and was murdered in 1852.
Biography[]
Correy, along with Janice Tines, Ichabod Boyle and several others opposed the rule of Emily Kaldwin over the Empire of the Isles. In 1851, in the Month of Timber, he informed Janice that he changed the code and told her that she will find the combination in the usual place in the office. He also warned Janice to be careful as he felt like he was being watched and followed, describing an incident when he heard heavy breathing from somewhere nearby in the dark as he was closing up the office for the night. He determined it was not the Grand Guard. He planned a trip to Cullero and suggested that Janice postpone their next gathering as well as warn their group. He was found dead shortly after he returned.

Emily Kaldwin and Corvo Attano are blamed for several deaths including those of Correy, Janice, and others. Everyone believes the deaths were caused because they opposed Emily's rule of the Empire.
