Clarissa Hiirgaard is a prisoner at Coldridge Prison. She appearers in Dishonored Roleplaying Game and leader of the prisoners.

Clarissa hold the position of leadership in prison. She deeply hates Julie Coldridge who is the owner of the prison because of her ruthless rules and cares for the well being of the inmates. After the new prisoner arrives in the prison Clarissa will introduces herself and will mention that she is the leader and reveals her plan.
She will ask the prisoner to help her in a escaping plan and says that in order to escape they need a distraction which involves blowing up a whale carcass. The prisoner agrees with Clarissa. After the prisoner takes the keys from a guard and opens her cell door along with the order prisoners and blowes up a whale carcass for distraction.
Clarissa and the prisoner escapes confinement center through the Dunwall Sewers. After escaping she reaches Distillery District and meets Marika Moller a senior lieutenant of the Hatters gang and a community leader a local Morleyan community established in the district after the Insurrection. Marika suggests to Clarissa and the prisoner to look for a job at Greaves Whale House in the Rudhsore Financial District.
Although she is in conflict to whether join the gangs but under Mikael's guidence she agrees. Later she teams with Hatters Gang and Bottle Street Gang against the cruel oligarchs.
