The Inn on the Rock supposedly has the best mutton stew in all the Isles.[1] The view among the aristocracy is that clothing made in Caulkenny is of a low quality.[2] The city also exports Caulkenny Cavern Cheese, which Aramis Stilton reserves for its most important guests.[3]
