Betty is a character in Dishonored 2. She can be found in the palace district near the black market shop during the mission, The Grand Palace.
Biography
She is friends with Ricardo and his Carlos. Betty brings supplies to him. Ricardo gave her the code of his shop. She recorded it in a audiograph, if she ever forgets the code. Ricardo also told Betty that if she ever forgets the code, she can ask from his brother Carlos at Winslow Safe Company. Betty was also told by Ricardo that she should dock her boat somewhere safe because it will attract the attention of the guards. She arrived to the palace district along with two of her workers to give some items to Ricardo. She locked her boat and took the key with her. She leaves two of her friends the workers in charge and to guard of her boat.
Dishonored 2
When Corvo or Emily goes to the grand palace to take down Duke Luca Abele. They can find Betty in the back alley, she will be knocking on the door. She will tell Ricardo that she got the code but she left it in the boat. Ricardo tells her that she should either have a code or he will assume she's up to something. She then tells him again to open the door but Ricardo tells her that he won't open the door to her that it's his boss order and she is wasting her time. She then walks to the rail and leans on it to take a breath.
