Alexander Peña is a character in Death of the Outsider. He is the Chief of Security of Dolores Michaels Deposit & Loan Bank and is encountered during the mission The Bank Job.
Death of the Outsider
Peña is the one holding all security codes of the bank. He keeps these codes on his person at all times and if any of the security guards in the bank forget the codes - which change at every guard shift - they need to get the new codes from Peña personally. Peña holds these security codes in high importance and even threatened to fire guards who would call manager Dolores Michaels without the proper code.[1]
Peña can usually be found in the archives in the basement of the bank. During Billie Lurk's infiltration of the bank, Peña is down there as well, checking the security boxes. Billie can either engage him directly or pickpocket the codes from him without alerting him. If the bank personnel has been dosed with laudanum, Peña is asleep and will only wake up if Billie makes too much noise around him.
If Peña survives the attack on the bank, he will engage a private security firm to investigate the break-in.
