Honestly it's been so long and I've been hearing all sorts , bethesda roadmaps.. arkane closing.. its been 7 years since the last game. I've hoped for the long3st time that we'd get something new. Now, Dishonored 2 released 4 years after dishonored 1 so the fact dishonored 3 has taken at least double the time makes it hard to believe its still might happen. But as we know it was on the roadmap as dishonored 3 to come out this year. With covid lots of games came out later than wanted . This may be the case for our beloved . For this reason , I still think there's a chance . Whenever I research I see that dishonored will come out again on fall of 2024 but with no clues/updat3s/hints from bethesda/ arkane on any platforms its hard to believe it'll come out so soon. I mean who knows, they might have scrapped the whole game and put am end to the franchise. I just hope they're just keeping it hidden to make a big announcement to surprise us, though it is very unlikely. Thoughts? Do you still have hope for another game?

Definitely start with the dishonored definitive edition (the first game). After u finish that, play the dlcs with daud because they're quite fun. Then move onto dishonored 2 then the death of the outsider. In my opinion dishonored 1 is better than dishonored 2

As we all know, Dishonored 3 (or any sort of dishonored game) has been long overdue with still a few things to uncover. For example, although I think it's a bit too late to release this info, don't we need answers about piero death and the ropes it ties to our dear friends the outsider? What happens to Luca Abele's body double? How do Corvo and Emily fight together to defend the Isles against more adversities as Corvo is pronounced Duke. What does Empress Emily discover in her journey to Pandyssia? Does she see what sokolov saw? On the topic of Pandyssia, don't you guys think we have the right to find out what Sokolov discovered? What was Sokolovs fate after dishonored 2? And did he return to Tyvia? If so I believe we should also get a look at tyvia and I think a game all based on the academy of natural photography explaining piero, sokolov and jimdosh would be a great idea. Moving to Meagan, we know she seeks Daud in the dlc. After daud dies, we don't know what happens to her at the end of the game. Where does she go? Does she stay in Karnaca? Allign with Corvo? We need answers. Going way back, What actually happened to the WHALERS from D1? And also how were the howlers dealt with after dishonored 2 and all the changes made? The truth is, there is so much left unexplored and unexplained in this franchise and here are some of my ideas: Number 1 : either make an open world game with all locations from both games (all continents, cities, towns all of it) where we can explore and find all the secrets about the Isles. Orrr they could go more years into the future and create a new dilema in a different city(preferably tyvia or pandyssia as we know people have been there etc) and unite every allie to power through and end all evil in the Isles.
To be honest I just really hope there is a third game because I can't live with the thought of there being so much unanswered with a game with so much potential.
