Maybe you’ve found it by now but there’s already an article on the game that explains the rules. Apparently Arkane released a card deck and rule book with the Dishonored Special Edition, and the game can even be played with a regular deck of Tarot cards.
I have not actually. i think. i have the rules and they just aren't clicking with me for some reason. i prefer to actually see it played out, it helps me understand better then just reading words..
