Since I'm not on Instagram, I can only guess it could be a fan art competition. If there ever was another Dishonored game, it won't be for a few years. Arkane Studios, the developers of the Dishonored games, will be releasing a new game, for the PS5, Deathloop. The game has very similar mechanics to that of Dishonored
